Including your original testing scores? Check with current or former employers as they may have a photo copy of your card when you were hired.

​No, you cannot be issued a replacement card. You will need to retake the Section 608 certification test here.

Lost Card
The EPA 608 certification has been around before computers were standardized. This has caused many certifications to be held within their respective schools institutions.  Try contacting the original certifying institution.  If you cannot contact the original institution and you do not have any form of proof then you will have to take the certification exam again here.

How to get EPA 608 Certified

An approved vendor* will email you details to assist you at the date and time.
When you and the proctor are ready, go to "Start Test" on the site menu. 
*These vendors have been approved by the US EPA to provide this certification online. You can request a copy of their proof of US EPA license when assigned to your session.​
