Approved proctors can issue the EPA 608 Universal exam using the online portal on this website.

All test takers automatically receive an official thick, plastic, credit card-sized card with UV security film as well as a 5"x8" cardstock certificate with their name, certification and gold foil on it.

There is no record keeping or other requirements from proctors. The system is easy to use and we offer fast phone support Monday through Saturday.
